Talk to Liver on Unexplained Liver Enzymes

I have chronic high liver enzymes for the last 10 years.i have visited many doctors for the last 10 years some doctor diagnosed it gilbert syndrome. My bilurbin range is 3 to 5 both direct and indirect elevated Alt range 60 to 100 Alp remains within the normal range. Hcv pcr is negative,hbv is negative,wilson disease is negative,no hemochromatiis Last ultrsound done in january 2021 was normal and mrcp was fine as well. For the last month i am feeling pain in the right upper quadrant of abdomen only when i walk lest no pain at all Any doctor please guide me what is the cause of high alt and bilurbin and the pain i am feeling is liver pain or some other issue Will be indebt thanks in advance
