Hello.
It can be any type of stomatitis. Without checking clinically it is rather difficult to comment. It is better to get examined in person by a dentist. In the mean time take soft and cool diet. Take 2 tabs of panadol every 8 hours (if the patient weighs around 60 to 70kg) and niflam mouthwash diluted twice daily. If the symptoms are severe consult a dentist on emergency basis.

He has pain in lymph nodes. And blisters in clusters in mouth after doing niflam mouth wash Tab of sangobian and folic acid. His mouth is red inflamed. No pain in tonsils
