Jaw Pain, Headaches

Question

I\'ve been diagnosed TMJ and the dentist had prescripted me some facial exercises, since a year I had a less pain, but now it\'s getting worse, I\'ve been having headaches, and I think that my eyesight is getting weak, although I wear glasses, I am having IBS and due to jaw pain and I\'m unable to talk or eat something properly, I am feeling a electric current or tingling feeling on the left side of my face, near ear. is this something serious?
