Asking for Mother, Female, 55 years old, Dha lahore

My mother has been suffering from renal kidney disease from the last 15 years. She has recently suffered a heart attack and the doctors recommended her to have angiography / angioplasty done. However, doctors said that during the procedure her kidneys will be damaged completely and she will be on dialysis from here onwards. Please recommend whether we should go for angiography or just continue the medicines. She is also having symptoms such as increase in high beat , fatigue and spinning of head. Please suggest.

Asa in your mother case it need to assessed that angiography is indicative because of symptoms or not if it is necessary then you can proceed with high risk but if it’s just advised without patients symptoms then can be delayed
