Talk to Nephrologist on For How Many Days Takes The Following Attached Medicien

my mother has a sugar patient and she feels pain in both kidneys sides the Docter recommend the following tests & then medicine. I don't ask him if this medicine will take how many days..the shopkeeper write me some days on the medicine but I am not satisfied.... please any nephrologist or Endocrinologist or any related Doctor told me that for how many days it was taken... please see the attached reports and medicine
