Your kidney function with these values is more than 80 ml/min. If you are a healthy, muscular person and
1. On urine examination, there is no protein or blood in the urine.
2. Kidney ultrasound is normal.
3. There is no systemic disease (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, lupus, etc)
Then this may be regarded as normal.
There are many reasons of high creatinine such as dehydration, certain diets and use of medications.
Please attach a report of urine result and provide other details so that a fair clinical opinion may be given.
