Creatinine k barrhnay ki main. Wja kidneys hoti hain but Agar apko koi aur bemari sath chal rhi ho to mainly wo affect kr k iska level ooper le jati hai. Bohat zaroori hai is k ooper janay ki wja ko diagnose / tashkhees krwana . Apki report deikh kr ap ki age 27 hai shayad . Is age mei agar ap gym wagaira kr rhay ho aur supplements le rhay ho to wo bnd kr do aur Agr koi self med ya Hakeem med le rhay ho to wo bhi bnd kr do . Ultrasound aur kch aur tests must hain krwana .

5 months se creatinine ka increase hotay jana progressive disease ko hint krta hai . Ap itna stress aur panic na ho aur wohi suggestion apko meri bhi hai k ap apni locality mei consultant nephrologist se appointment le kr physically visit kro aur apko councelling about progression /outcome / possible treatment after proper diagnosis of the cause ki zaroorat hai . .

You can start KETOGENIC DIET. it will cure your diabetes and hypertension as well as stop kidneys from further damage. Ketogenic diet is when you reduce your carbohydrates to almost zero. Roti chawal cheni aaloo etc. sab band karna parega. InshaAllah your diseasecan be reversed. Please share ab ultrasound of kidneys as well. Thanks

You need to share a recent ultrasound and a urine DR report. Yes an infection and a stone can cause it too. But you need to change your lifestyle. Reduce your weight. If you get rid of your diabetes and hypertension. Then You don’t need to worry about kidney. InshaAllah
