creatinie ziada hai. is se maloom hota hai aap ke gurde kamzore ho chuke hain. is se wajha nahi maloom ho gi. kam se km comlete urine analysis ki reort awr ultrsond ki report picture ke sath post karen. is se idea ho ga keh aap ko mkamal tashkhes ke leyai mazeed kon se test twana ho ge.
