A well defined rounded hypoechoic area of 25×28 mm is seen in the upper pole of left kidney with posterior enhancement. No internal Flow seen
It is most probably a small cyst on left kidney. Many people have this sort of benign cysts and nothing to worry. A follow up ultrasound after a year is recommended to check size of this cyst and consistency of inside fluid
