dear, Lab results are showing urea and creatinine are less than expected. This could be due to low muscle mass, poor dietary protein intake or hyperfiltration in your kidneys. Monitor your blood sugar, check HbA1c and do urine analysis. Consult a real nephrologist.
No fibroid has no role in decreasing urea and creatinine. just repeat your RFT also. First result could be wrong ?

this is totally fine except some boder line values. Alkaline phosphatase is a little bit high and urea is below normal. Note this test has no relation with uterine fibroids. Kindly give us your detail symptoms as well

i don't have any symptoms except lower abdomen heaviness, heavy flow on day 2 and 3. doctor prescribed tumor marker tests which also came normal.

You shouldnt do anything specific just observe your self if you got any thing like itching or yellow discoloration than kindly repeat these lfts and repeat ultrasound as well. but now at this time just get alot of fluids and enjoy
