Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Function

My father’s creatinine has reached 4 We’ve tried several nephorologists, but i don’t see any positive results. I see him getting weaker everyday. His blood pressure has been high aswell. Can someone please guide me which nephrologist should we consult? I want someone who can listen to our problems in detail and properly give us a treatment we can follow.
