Please drink a lot of water and a couple of glasses of lemonade every day. Have you ever passed a stone or anyone of your family passed stones? Have you ever seen blood in your urine? Do you drink a lot of tea/coffee or sugary drinks? Are you a diabetic? What is your BMI? Are you taking any medications (allopathic or homeopathic or hakeemi etc) if yes then share their names.
