Salam. Kidney stones are of many types. To slow the rate of stone formation, first of all, you need to determine the type of kidney stones. It requires some history and laboratory tests. Then the treatment is offered.
Generaly you should take plenty of plain water.
Reduce Salt and meat intake.
Control sugar, reduce weight. Treat uric acid if high.
Its also important to know the exact location of stones in kidneys and whether they are causing obstruction or not.

Please get a CT Plain KUB. Please get a urine analysis, Creatinine. Avoid homeopathic medicines.

If the size of the stones are documented on CT scan and are greater than 10mm it is likely you will need lithotripsy or surgical procedure. Kindly see a good urologist and consult a Nephrologist to prevent further stone development.
