Talk to Nephrologist on Urinary Tract/ Bladder/ Kidney Infection?

I developed a severe uti 2 years ago which went on for a few months since my gynae kept giving me wrong medicines. I took 500 mg of Ciprofloxacin for a week but just after my dose ended I got dengue and was admitted in hospital due since I wasn't recovering. they gave me antibiotics then too but idk which one they were. However, recently I started feeling burning and irritation while urinating after I did a course of augmentin 500mg & 625mg for a burn. I took homeopathic medicines and felt better and the burning stopped. However, my bladder was not emptying fully. I had to sit and apply pressure for long time to finish urinating. I started having normal to severe back pain but I increased my water intake and tried to go to the washroom whenever required. I feel back pain and pain and swelling in lower abdomen and frequent upset stomach as well. I got a Urine D/R done on my own to see what the problem was. Can someone tell me what this means? and what should I do? I don't think I c
