Dear your disease needs some investigation to be done for diagnosis before any advice. Please get renal system ultrasound including pre and post void Urine quantity in the bladder. Get RFT, ELECTROLYTES, CALCIUM, PHOSPHATE in the blood. Urine analysis. Get an appointment with a urologist and go to him with the results. Most probably you have obstructive uropathy. Please don't delay investigations for diagnosis and treatment of your problem.
