You should have simple urinalysis to rule out any potential infection (possible fungal) or in extreme situation proteins in urine. I can review results for you.

Aoa, you should have a careful look of the urine whether it contains white tissue as you have said or it is just froth. The diagnosis varies in both of these situations. And also get your blood pressure checked as you may not have got its record previously and still you are asymptomatic. And do get your urine R/E done at the earliest...

But the type of bugs in urine associated symptoms must be known for complete opinion

You need to get urine culture and sensitivity
Ultrasound KUB/PMRV/ Bladder wall thickness
CBC


Start antibiotics
And avoid sexual contact for 3 weeks
