Brother, the MRI that your doctor has suggested is of pelvis. I would recommend you to get an MRI of Lumbosacral spine. Screening.
This report shows degeneration of L5-S1 disc which would be the cause of pain in this case.
This can be overcome by medications, and physiotherapy unless danger signs like weakness in legs or urinary issues or numbness in hip region is present, which would require urgent attention...

This MRI has reported a large disc fragment at L5-S1.... if you have leg pain as well, then this might need surgery, if medicine and physiotherapy are not working.... also would be more clear on MRI films rather than the report.
