mera name Kashif Ali ha. meri age 30 years ha. Me computer software ki job krta hun or sara din sitting ka kam ha. kuch month 3,4 month se meri kamar me shadeed darad ha. Kbi lower back me kabi full back me dard hota ha.

Walekum Assalam , you need proper examination and maybe XRAY or MRI ll be needed.  Right now you can use Tab MOVAX 4 mg  after dinner and Tab DURAGESIC FORTE after breakfast. Start back physiotherapy as well.
