I can't concentrate on things
When you have too much to think about or too many worries it is always difficult to focus
Lack of concentration is caused by too much on your mind. Brain is like a computer. You cannot load it with unnecessary items because when you want it to look at something more closely it has difficulty in finding it among the jumble of tasks. In a computer you can sort items out in order of priority and store them in either disc A or B or C. Then there is the working memory which you call concentration. That has to be clear of all the junk. If you have too many junk items already stored in your memory you have to make space by getting rid of the junk.
