This is EEG Report can you please tell me is this normal or any problem in the brain of children

as per report its normal
but important thing is history and examination
EEG report is Normal. But EEG only is Not sufficient to diagnose Brain problems.
An EEG report doesn’t mean anything. I would need the child’s history, clinical findings and most of all actual EEG recording) EEG in old days used to be recorded on paper and now digitally. Digital record can be uploaded here to study. The typed report says there is a lot of slow activity (delta and theta). I would like to see the actual activity. What was the reason for doing the EEG?
