she need rehabilitation more than just medication. plz continue her Physiotherapy otherwise it can worsen over time with just medicines (they will just control the symptoms not treat functional defects)
sharing u link of my patient has list of problems with history of stroke and Alhmdulillah after Physiotherapy she is able to do all self care activities including combing, bathing, prayer, stair climbing, cloth change ,ironing, roti making etc.....
