Mujhe head ke top pe pressure sa feel hota ha or head heavy sa lagta ha forehead pe bhi pressure sa rehta ha or head pe ajeeb sa ek dam se pain start ho jata ha or kuch second ma wapis chala jata ha head pressure itna hota ha ke mujhe apne head ko thora sa movement krna parta ha or back of neck or behind the ears bhi ajeeb si throbbing hoti ha or haan head ke top pe bhi throbbing si hoti ha ajeeb sa khichaw rehta ha or lightheadness si bhi rehti ha plz help odl
