Kuch dino sy 2.3 din hue hain bht sar Dard ho rah or itne had tak jo na qabil e bardasht hojata hai. Khud he achank sy hota hai and khud he chala jata hai .or wase he bethe bethe par jata hai jab Dard hota hai to jism main bachaini hojati hai. koi bh screen ya overthinking nh hai need bh puri diet bh okay hai .
Please Dr suggest me what is this and what I do.
