Aoa. Mujhe almost 3-4 days se aisa ho raha hai k jab bhi so kr jaagun to sir me bht sharp pain ho raha hota hai bht zyada. Almost 30 mins baad khatam ho jata hai. Or sirf morning time me nahi hai me dopehar me ya din me bhi kisi time nap loon to aisa ho raha hai or neck shoulder k muscles bhi stiff hoye hotey hain. Phir almost half an hour lagta hai sab normal ho jaata hai. Should I be concerned about it or is it something normal?
