Talk to Neuro Physician on Hypertrophy Stenosis

Aoa I am attaching my father's report. He is suffering sciatic pain from last 20 years. He is managing pain with epidural injections. A neurosurgeon suggest to avoid injections and go for surgery.. He said steroids injections can result into paralysis. We need honest opinion what we should do as we scared from surgery's complications
