Avoid cross leg sitting..this will resolve your numbness issue.. secondly do some stretching exercises soo that if there is any nerve compression, it will be relieved.

Improve ur nutrition, increase liquids intake and consukt a general physician to rule out any organic cause of these symptoms.

Yes, IAM a student.My BMI is 14.3 . Height is 5feet 5 inches. I am also suffering from loss of appetite.My dad and other family members have thyroid problem.

MAdam I have checked my thyroid and CBC.The reports are ok but l still facing severe lightheadness and numbness. l have also used stemetil and serc tablet for lightheadness but no relief. Please give me some solution.
