Asking For Wife, Female 28, lahore
my wife is suffering from brain fatigue or mental stress and deficiency of neurons may be due to feeding of baby of 8 month and doctor asked to take naze 0.5 mg epival 250mg risp 2mg day and night from last 2 months and after taking that she becomes sleepy and her weight increasing too much which is a problem so which medicine should she take to avoid from sleeping and overweight medical history attached
why is she taking these medications these are not for fatigue
Kindly give proper history. Brain fatigue or deficiency of neurons does not mean anything. Is she sleeping well? What is her appetite like? What does she do all day? Is she able to do her chores in the house or stays in bed all day. What does she complain of? If she has a headache, which part of the head hurts? Is she having some kind of fits? Does she lose consciousness? Does she complain of pains and aches? A history is like a story in her own words.
