Give her tab.tormax , tab. Tab indiral 40mg , tab. Stugeron 25 mg
first try to avoid triggering factors after finding them
avoid black things to eat and drink like coffee, black drinks and all types of chocolates
take care of her eating habits and try best to take healthy diet
please consult neurologist for proper examination and general basic investigations
tab inderal 40mg after breakfast
tap topiramate 25 mg 1 tab 2 times a day
