Aoa dr mujhe 3 years back sudden right upper arm pain start hogai thi movement krte huye boht heavy aur painful feel hota tha phir ye pain left arm mein bhi hone lagi kafi time on off rahi phir saath right side neck mein swelling hogai it was painless wo bhi kafi time rahi ab behter hai bt dr ab kuch days se kbhi right side neck pain kbhi left side neck pain start ho jati neck movement se aur zayada hoti aur saath neck k back side pe bhi , swallowing se back middle pain hoti , dr ye kiya issue hai ? Konsa test krwana chahiye ? Cervical spine x ray krwa saqti hun ya neck x ray ultrasound?

Secondly are you an anxious person? Get anxious on little things in your daily life? R u married if yes how many kids you have? Kindly do your CBC, cervical xray, lateral and AP view, T3, T4, TSH.

Apparently ur symptoms are associated with ur cervical spine. Get mri cervical spine with contrast and visit a neurologist.
