I have problem of back neck pain. bilkul sar ky neechy garden me mera dard rehta hai me recently ek neurophysician Dr Manzoor Ahmad, peshwar se elaj kar rha hun jo ky khushal medical centre me hothy hai. 2 months se me elaj kar rha hun lekin mere garden ka dard kam ni horha meri memory bi already weak hai communication problem bhi hai kisi bandy se ek 2 baate kar leta hun pir khamosh hojata hun pir koi baat zehan me nahi aati. I cant come to karachi. I want treatment in my own city. Should i visit neuro surgeon for such problem because i am not felling well or should i visit another neurologist.

I think your medicines are okay. You need some more time to recover..My opinion is to do physiotherapy of neck contimuously.
Meanwhile try to have enough sleep and some exercise or brisk walk daily for 30 to 45 minutes.
Only medicines are not the solution.

Yes sir you may be right. But in 2 months i did not feel any betterment. I think that may be I have other neuro disease than those mentioned above. Thats why I am asking for help. I think that I should consult neuro surgeon instead of neurologist.

How I can do physiotherapy of my neck?
My sleep is disturbed I cannot sleep well I wake up in midnight mostly after that I need 2-3 hrs to sleep again.

Homeopathic provides fast and effective treatment in all diseases but if you are not interested and have lack of knowledge regarding homeopathy so go on Google and see the fact about homeopathy and neurology.
Secondly i don't want to increase my no of patients instead of provide cure to patients.
Alhumdulilah i cured cases of neurology in my 12 years of experience so don't put blame on others without knowing the fact.
