A.A! Sir I fell from stairs a month ago, short memory loss about 4 hours but after that a continuous vertigo type situation and feeling of off balance. Ct scan report and prescription attached. All of these are signs of concussion injury, these symptoms will get better over time. Usually they take around 6-12 weeks. If the symptoms persist beyond that, you can always get in touch.

I would like to ask few questions about your current position.
1= What was the reason for your fall?
2= What did you feel just before fall,Mean any vertigo, Dizziness, Sudden loss of tone in limbs?
3=What do you mean by memory loss?
4=Did you become unconscious after falling, and for how much time?
5= The people witnessed you,Told you what about posture after fall, any limbs movement, any tongue bite, any urinary incontinence?
6:Any previous such episodes?
7:Do you have routine headaches with nauseated feeling?

Sir,
1=dont knew the reason why I fall, I am very confused how can I fall
2=dont knew what happened, no vertigo or dizziness
3=memory loss means after fall I dont know what happened to me for about 4 hours, Unconsciousness
4=unconscious about 4hours
5=my head downwards and my back has wounds, also wounds on my head, no other injuries
6=no previous history
7=only headache sometimes which dont go easily,no nausea

I think there are two possibilities
1=Acute Post-Traumatic headache syndrome( Headaches, Dizziness, depression, Cognitive symptoms, insomnia)
2= Pre-existing Headache now exacerbated by head Injury.
