Talk to Neuro Physician on Numbness In Hands

Assalam o alikum.
respected drs. For the past few weeks, I have felt numbness in the middle and ring finger of my right hand whenever I wake up in the morning, and now the numbness causes so much pain in my whole hand and arm that it wakes me up from sleep.
I don't know what's causing this. Please help me out. Should I take any pain relief medicine or go for any tests? If any, please suggest what kind of test should be done.

yes this is likely Nerve pain also called Neuropathy. Get a Neurologist consultation and as far as the test is concerned EMG AND NCS MAY HELP
