Talk to Neuro Physician on Pain In The Lower Back

I have been suffering from this lumber spine back pain since 2020. I visited neurologists and even chiropractors in these years but no benefit after taking medicines was just temporary relief. It is impacting my daily routine as I am a software engineer and my job is sitting most of the time. I walk as well after and between office hours. If I perform any stretch or crunch related exercise to lose weight that is also impacting this because of pain. I am attaching my MRI of 2021. Kindly suggest some good advice.
