well there are several options if she IA a properly diagnosed Parkinson's patient, she can be kept on medication, there Stereotactic Thalmotomy, and best of all is DBS ( Deep Brain Stimulation ), consult your Neurologist for further plan and/or you can have an OPD appointment if your are in karachi, or an online consultation to assess her condition and see what kind of treatment is best suited for her.
