Asking For Someone else, Father, Male, 64 Years old, karachi

Hello my father had brain surgery on 10 June because of internal bleeding He has a history of cabg (October 2021) then he was completely fine. Then he got stroke because his blood sugar level got very high on feb 2022 but he completely recovered and got almost 100% fit But unfortunately he slipped and got hurt due to which he got internal bleeding in brain. His head bone is preserved in the stomach According to his cardiologist and one very competent physician he can now have peg tube and get his ng tube removed for better nutrition. We as a family wants to know that if this is better for him or not because he is extremely malnourished. Because peg tube is again a surgery and we don’t know if it has any side effects because he will undergo anesthesia and he is already in a vegetative state. Heart ejection fraction is also 25-30% It would be great if neuro and cardiac specialist can comment on this
