My mother have sciatic pain from last 2 months and done mri few days ago and found that disk is moved from its position(image attached). I wanna ask if recovery is possible with exercise or surgery is must ?

There are certain signs, a neurologist has to see, then he will decide whether its treatable with the drugs or with surgery. Most of my pts recover without surgery.
