Asking For Someone else, Mother, Female, 45 Years old, abbottabad

My mother have sciatic pain from last 2 months and done mri few days ago and found that disk is moved from its position(image attached). I wanna ask if recovery is possible with exercise or surgery is must ?

but before that tell me what medics she is taking and does pain radiate down her legs back till her feet ?

Yes pain is going her leg till feet and she is taking muscle relaxant and pain killers: xika rapid(lornoxicam) , lyta (duloxetine) , esomax(esomeprazole) , comforta (cyclobenzaprine) , methycobal
