well brain internally is intact, according ro reports he is having Deviated nasal septum which means naak ki haddi terhii hay , and it needs consultation with and ENT specialist, this might need a minor operation for nasal bone.
no need to consult any neurologist, he is having headache might be because of nasal septum/spur leading to sinusitis, consult and ENT specialist for the cure please
