Mam! No one can give you an idea about this simple calcification without proper history and examination or at least of that movements you mentioned earlier. But this is a case of Neurologist. With proper history and examination we can prescribe you tests which are needed, but still if you would say needs further MRI brain , s/calcium and iPTH levels thanks
