Seizure means an epileptic attack. We need a detailed history. Interictal EEG ( that done between seizures may be normal. And imaging like CT scan and MRI may normal in an epileptic patient. The best way to diagnose epilepsy is a detailed history. So do not rule epilepsy out.

I got two seziure attacks five years ago. my MRI and EEG was clear. my dr Athar javed told me the these attacks are may be due to medicine transmania Which was given by my gynecologist after my miscarriage for stop bleeding.. after 5 years i got seziure fit again.. this is my seziure attack history.. no genetic history.. no childhood history of seziure.

then what way be reason??
5 years back i got 2 seziure attack..my MRI AND EEG was clear no issue was detected..dr said it may b due to medicine trasmania i had taken..the medicine was prescribed by my gynecologist for stopping bleeding.. on fri after five years i got again seziure attack.. it's been 3 days 2bra koi attack nai.. it's means its not epilepsy.
