I am a migraine patient. usually it happens but now a days what I'm feeling is extreme pain in my back of head. pain starts from one side and goes to another side. I can't move my head I DNT feel vomit at that time. the pain is like needles in my head. I also have a issue of low BP. sometime I feel I'm loosing my memory too. is it normal ?? no other medical issue

no specific timings ,it happens normally, usually because of noise sometimes or sunlight. but few days ago it happens without any reason. doctor said it's migraine so they gave me sumatec tablet but now it's useless for me. I usually sleep when I feel this pain but now it's getting extreme that I can't sleep the whole night.

low BP means, Mera BP akser low hojata hai achanak sy and chakkar any lgty it's been 9-10 years. doctor said it's just weakness
