Talk to Neuro Physician on Trigeminal Neuralgia

My father had trigeminal neuralgia for more than 10 years. He is taking the medicines seizunil and baclin for treatment. Now the pain is getting worse. He is scared of surgery. Are there other options, like laser treatment or some sort of injection to numb the pain? If so, where can we get the treatment?
