Mai Vertigo ka patient hoon pichle 5/6 years se or Stemetil 5mg or Serc 16 leta hoon. poochna ye hai k kin cheezo se ehtyaat karni hai movements kaise or kitni rakhni hai or control kaise kar sakte hain at home. Nausea bhi ho raha hai.
