Talk to Neuro Psychiatrist on Neck Pain

my age is 28.. i feel dizziness from 2 3 days like chakar type. but i feel like andar se sar ghoom rha hai.. i feel i will fall either right side or left side like balance out horha not whole day like 4 5 hrs den khud he thora better hojata hai.. along with this i feel shoulders bhari horhay hain like stiffness type.. or neck main b like pain horha can be the reason? i went to ent as i hve a sinus issue on and off he checkd and said ears are fine and this dizziness is bcz of weakness.. and give m neck excersize and also my vit d is insuffient. so caltrate d which i hve started yesterday.. should i visot any neuro doctor.. or the pqin can be bcz of stress?. m attching picture where i in neck
