It's recommended to undergo surgery first followed by radiotherapy. Both these options are available with us at Rawalpindi. Undergoing blind radiotherapy is not recommended at all. No matter whosoever recommends it. Surgery is safe and may save you from complications if you avoid surgery and jump to radiotherapy, firstly there is no guarantee that the tumour will respond to radiotherapy. Surgery after a failed radiotherapy will lead to complications.
