Mery Bhai Ka road accident k bad surgery hui jis me bone flap nikali gai or after 6 months Cranioplasty Ka Bola doctors ne but 3 months k bad he CSF pressure Bn Gaya jis k liay VP Shunt dala Gaya Jo 1 month me 2 bar block hua or revision krni pri is wqat bhi Shunt partial he Kam KR rha hai bkol doctors k . is Duran CSF or blood me infection bhi a rha jis k treatment jari hai . swal ye hai k CSF hydrocaphulas ka shunt k elava bhi koi Acha treatment hai. or Cranioplasty bhi krwani hai.. kindly neuro surgeon doctors koi Acha mshwra dyn.

infection leading to hydrocephalus is a post traumatic complication and VP shunt is best in case of post infection hydrocephalus second question regarding Cranioplasty need infection to be controlled ist and with functional shunt Cranioplasty can be considered
