Talk to Neuro Surgeon on Head Spinning

I'm 32 and I have faced some strange problem on some extremely tensed occasions. 10 years ago I was sitting in my ICMA final exam when vigilant told me that my paper will be cancelled because I unintentionally violated the exam policy. I suddenly felt that my head is spinning and I was hearing a long beep sound. My legs and feet were also unable to hold me I fell down on the chair. However within 2 or 3 minutes I came back in my senses. After 3 years I felt same in a very tense situation. A few days ago when I heard about news of my father's critical situation I experienced same thing. I'm living a normal life otherwise and blood pressure and sugar are normal. I want to know if this is normal or I need to consult a doctor.
