Prompted HISTORY: Numbness in both upper limbs and difficulty in abducting right arm. TECHNIQUE: Multiple T2W sagittal and GRE axial images of cervical spine were acquired without 1.V contrast administration as per departmental protocol. FINDINGS: Disc dehydration seen at C2-3, C3-4, C6-7 and at C7-Dl level with straightening of cervical curvature due 'to associated muscle spasm. Mild type II modic end plate change also present at C2-3 and C3-4 leve1. Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis seen in cervical spine with thick flowing cortlcated spur and florid neo ossification along anterior longitudinal ligament. Suggestion of faint discal calcification in C4-5 and CS-6 intervertebral discs. Moderately significant to large size posterior disc osteophyte complex with left paracentral preponderance noted at C3-4 level, contributed by facetal arthropathy / hypertrophy and slightly hypertrophied ligamentum flavum is causing moderately significant to severe spinal canal stenosis and signifi
