the smaller lesion can be managed through gamma knife. while the lesion on left side is more than 3 cm, and it should be managed by microsurgery.
As it seems to be a case of NF2 , for hearing preservation the lesion on right side should be managed first.

Not everyone patient go for gamma knife surgery .selective patient need gamma.There is no any gamma in lahore and Islamabad.1st you should visit to consultant Neurosurgeon then they decide after see your reports.
