Phr kuch month bad main subah ko utha to achanak mare brain mein kuch ajeeb howa or ase laga jase mare sar mein koi vein phat gae ho or tb mare ghr mein bache zara sa noise b karte to mare tbhyt khrb hojati like headache stress. Or mare brain mein noise feel hoti thi brain k bilkul top back side p jis tarha radio ka noise ho . mare behaviour mein change ana shru howa main ghr valon se bat karna kam kar di. Or negative thoughts ana shru hogae.ahista ahista sb kuch normal hogya. ab panic attack b ni ate leken ab har waqt stress mein rehta hn jiski waja se kafi weeknes hogae hy.. Or zara sa stress b nhi bardasht hota.
