Has your father had a stroke? The heading here says “head injury” but in your story there is no mention of a head injury. Your father might have had a stroke. In most right handed people, speech center is located on the left side of brain. As we know that each side of brain controls the opposite side of body. So if his speech is affected it indicates damage to the left side of brain which means he might have paralysis of right side of his body ( Right arm and Right leg). Please give a history of events.

He has an accident and the right side of body hits and major injury in head and right color bone fractured. Instant after injury he is in shocks but after sometime he has consciously talking with us.... Now he clearly stated his talks but as we noticed his memory little affected.
We consulted neurosurgeon 2 times and he said a minor clot in his head but after that when we repeat CT scan and check that scan to the Dr he said the clot resolve for some extent and also 3 stiches on his head but stiches resolved now outside injury cured but inside he feel sever pain sometimes.

Dear son . For to answer your question need detailed history of your father. Whether he developed these symptoms after trauma/ sudden onset/ or progressive over long time . Considering his age and the head note ( head injury) CT Scan of brain is minimum appropriate investigation to rule out cause of headache, and consult neurosurgeon.

He needs a neurological examination and further imaging. MRI would be best. You also need to understand that in a case of head injury, there are two ways of determining what kind of brain damage has resulted. Firstly he should be examined. A neurological examination tells us what has happened inside his brain. Secondly he needs imaging. A CT scan can tell us a lot but an MRI examination gives us a much more detailed picture. Only after that has been performed would we know the extent of the damage. However even after we can view the damage in his brain, often there is little that a neurosurgeon would be able to do ( unless there was a haematoma ( collection of blood) inside or outside the brain which may or may not need evacuation. You must remember that at his age even a surgical trauma carries its own risks.

After head injury, patient experiences on and off headache. I will recommend that you use analgesic medicine like Acetaminophen regularly, keep him hydrated
